Something productive, creative and positive to do during this period of isolation, it should come in handy when you’re bored of Netflix and baking! This time we will be focusing on self reflection and adapting to change. We will also continue to do grounding exercises for those who are anxious. Please share in your stories to spread awareness to those who may need this supportive space.
